The property is located in a large village in north-eastern Bulgaria, near the city of Varna and not far from the sea. It lies in a plain, near the mouth of Anadere River. The village is part of Provadia municipality, Varna District. It comprises around 1500 inhabitants and has all necessary amenities and communications available - including good infrastructure, easy access during the whole year, shops, taverns, regular public transport. The village lies 50 km away from the city of Varna and 10 km from the nearest town - Provadia.
