This property is situated in a village on the main railway leading to Sofia. It is 28 km east of the capital Sofia, 50 km southwest of the town of Botevgrad, 16 km southwest of Gorna Malina, and 32 km southwest of Ihtiman.

The property consists of a yard - 550 sq m in size and a single-storied house built on it with total living area of 80 sq m. The yard is flat with lots of greenery and fruit trees. It is surrounded from all sides with a fence. There are all communications - electricity and water. The property has good location in the village on an asphalted road, close to all amenities.

There is regular bus service which connects the village with the other settlements in the area. There are two general practitioners, one dentist, two pharmacies, shops and restaurants.
