It is set in a traditional Bulgarian village with two local bars, food stores and post office. The house overlooks the beautiful Bulgarian countryside and lake which offers fantastic walks and scenery. There is a local bus service which runs into Bourgas where restaurants, boutiques, shops, museums, beaches and sport facilities can be found.

In approx 10 km away in a small town of Sredets you can find Bank, supermarket, restaurants and a local market. You are also only a short drive away from Nessebar, Sozopol and the Black Sea. The town of Bourgas is 15 km away.
