The plot is 3740 sq m large and not regulated. It is located on "Trakia" motorway by Pazardzhik near one of the roundabouts and the junction for entering the city. It`s on a convenient place for both directions - towards Sofia and towards Plovdiv. There are plenty of TIR rest stops and commercial properties being built in the area. Water, electricity and sewer are passing nearby so it won't be expensive to provide them on the plot.

There are a few tourist complexes nearby. One of them is new and has a swimming pool and tennis courts. Close to the area there is a small ski resort called St. Konstantin and a few more kilometers south you reach the Batak dam which is another resort with ski facilities in the winter and water sports and horse-riding in the summer.
