Description:

The building is located in the newest quarter of Nessebar - Cherno More. It is just 30 meters from the center of the neighborhood.

Location:

Cherno More quarter is situated on shore of the Black Sea and is a natural extension of the historic town of Nessebar. It is on the south side, along the protected area of ​​dunes and extends to Sunny Beach.
The neighborhood has two parts. Part 1 is completely finished with the entire underground infrastructure - electricity, water, and communications. At the time road pavements are being placed in Part 1. Part 2 is still yet to be worked on.
The municipality has an obligation to complete the sidewalks and pavement areas within this year.

Building:

The building which has the apartment is situated in the first part of the quarter - the one with currently placing the pavement. It is in the center of the quarter, just two buildings away from the main road which will connect the neighborhood with Sunny Beach and the Old Nessebar. The building is 200 meters from the sea. During the construction have been used materials from Baumit Company - a leading Austrian manufacturer in Bulgaria.
