The following property is located in Vidin district, in a small village in the Danube River. It is set in the northwest end of the country bordering Romania and Serbia. The population of the village is about 900 people. There is a school and a kindergarten.
The property comprises of two buildings – a house and a farm building. The house is one-storey, made of adobe, with an area of 65 sq m. Under the house there is a basement. The house has wooden windows and doors. It requires repairs inside and out. There is no internal bathroom and toilet. The house is sold with the furniture.
The farm building is brick, two-storey, about 35 sq m. There are two rooms on the first floor. The second was used for storing hay, but can be adapted for living.
The yard is 950 sq m, partially fenced. It is planted with strawberries, raspberries, fruit trees, walnuts.
