The house is located in a mountain village, 5 km the town of from Yablanitsa. Externally, the house is plastered and lined with natural red stone. Inside it is at rough finish. The building has three concrete slabs between the floors and columns.
The house consists of two floors and a basement. The first floor has a large living room with kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom-toilet. The view from the second floor is astonishing. Close to the house you can see a small pond, and to the side there are the Balkans.
The size of each floor is 65 sq m. The total living area without the basement is 130 sq m. The plot on which the house is built has an area of 1500 square meters
The area is wonderful – quiet and peaceful, clean air. The street leading to the house is asphalted.
