The below advertised property has been used as a fully functional guesthouse with a capacity for 10 people, distributed in three rooms. The house has two floors with the following layout:
First floor - one bedroom (2 single beds + a bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer), a dining room with TV and karaoke, and a bathroom.
Second floor - two bedrooms (1 single bed + bedroom), a bathroom and a large veranda with a great view.
Each room has a TV. The heating is via a fireplace with a water jacket.
In the yard, there is a summer kitchen and a swimming pool.
The village is located in Schinska Sredna Gora and is characterized by its clean air and tranquility. The Topolnitsa River passes through it, which is suitable for fishing and rafting. Nearby is the monastery of St. Nicholas, known as the Kalugerovsky Monastery, as well as the fortress of Lyubnishko Kale.
The village is located 75 km from Sofia, 60 km from Plovdiv, 40 km from Velingrad and 70 km from Borovets.
